A long-term home for one exceptional business.
Acquiring and operating a founder-led business in the Midwest.
Who We Are
Lighthouse Partners Group is an investment and operating firm focused on acquiring and stewarding a founder-led business in the Midwest.
We bring hands-on operating experience from private equity environments, interim leadership roles, and structured value-creation programs across software, services, healthcare, and industrial companies.
Our role is to provide continuity, stability, and thoughtful operational support — protecting what already makes the business strong while helping it grow for the long term.
